Anti-CACNB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CACNB1 (also referred to as CACNB1/CAB1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and is purified by affinity methods.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 429–598 of human CACNB1 (NP_000714.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 66 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with recommended Western Blot dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
