Anti-CACNA1H Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the CACNA1H target. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid [C0, S1]. The manufacturer's immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1890–2030 of human CACNA1H (NP_066921.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 259 kDa [S1]. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and concentration is reported as lot specific [S1]. It is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1]. The manufacturer validates the antibody for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence on mouse samples and recommends a working dilution of 1:50–1:200 [S1].
