Anti-CABYR Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the CABYR target. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen used is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human CABYR, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CABYR protein.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 30 and 53 kDa. The isotype is IgG.
