Anti-Cables1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the endogenous Cables1 (CDK5 and ABL1 enzyme substrate 1) protein, also known as Ik3-1 or Interactor with CDK3 1. The antibody is generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Cables1 and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, providing selective recognition of the target. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, presented unconjugated and of the IgG isotype in a 50 µL vial. Validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA workflows, the reagent is reactive with Human and Mouse samples, making it a versatile tool for laboratories studying cell-cycle regulatory networks involving CDK5 and ABL1 signaling.
