Anti-CABLES1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CABLES1. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–368 of human CABLES1, with human as the antigen species. Reactivity has been demonstrated in human and mouse samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified and is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is validated for Western blot at a recommended dilution of 1:1,000–1:2,000, as well as for ELISA. The reported molecular weight is 67 kDa and the predicted molecular weight is 68 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
