Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CABIN1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of CABIN1 protein.
The antibody was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human CABIN1. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation has a purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the CABIN1 target has a molecular weight of ~ 246 kDa.
