Anti-CA9 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, recognises Carbonic Anhydrase 9 (CA9). It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 52-151 of human Carbonic Anhydrase 9 (CA9/G250; NP_001207.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 58 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4 degrees C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
