Anti-CA9 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 52-151 of human Carbonic Anhydrase 9 (CA9/G250; NP_001207.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 54 kDa. For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
