Anti-CA5B Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against carbonic anhydrase 5B (CA5B), with the immunogen being a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CA5B. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and detects endogenous levels of total CA5B protein in human and mouse samples.
