The product is unconjugated and validated for use in Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity demonstrated against Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is produced in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human CA3 (NP_005172.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa.
