Anti-CA XII Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets carbonic anhydrase XII (CA XII) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CA XII, and is provided unconjugated, making it suitable for standard detection workflows. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and ELISA applications and has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of CA XII in human, mouse and rat samples, including in NIH-3T3 and 293T cell lysates.
