Anti-CA II (N229) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 201–250 of human CA II, and CA II (N229) pAb detects endogenous levels of CA II protein. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target that migrates at approximately 28 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
