Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent (clone 76) specific for CA 125. The unconjugated IgG2a antibody is supplied in lyophilised form and reacts with human samples. Applications validated or listed include ELISA, ICC/IF, FC, and IF.
The immunogen is human CA 125 protein, and the antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated as a lyophilised powder from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2, with reconstitution using double distilled water. Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
