Anti-CA 125 Antibody [7]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody is raised against human CA 125 protein and reacts with human samples. Clone [7] is of the IgG2a isotype and is supplied unconjugated and lyophilised, with the final concentration dependent on reconstitution. Recommended applications include flow cytometry (FC), immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2. It is reconstituted with double distilled water prior to use.
