Anti-CA 125 Antibody [23]

A mouse monoclonal [23] antibody to CA 125, supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and is provided unconjugated in lyophilised form. It is raised in mouse and is reactive with human samples, with the immunogen reported as human CA 125 protein.

The formulation is lyophilised from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. Shipping is at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The clone is reported to be derived from the Sp2/0-Ag14 line.
