Anti-CA 125 Antibody [23]

CA 125 (Cancer Antigen 125, also known as MUC16) is a heavily glycosylated transmembrane mucin recognised as a circulating biomarker, most prominently associated with epithelial ovarian carcinoma. This unconjugated Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone 23, is raised against the CA 125 antigen and is validated by Antibodies.com for flow cytometry (FC), immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA workflows using human samples. The reagent is supplied as a lyophilised 100 µg vial with an IgG2a isotype that pairs cleanly with standard anti-mouse secondary reagents.
