Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Complement component C9. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171–220 of human C9, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Complement component C9 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. Validated for Western blot, the unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
Purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody shows a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 63 kDa.
