Rabbit polyclonal antibody to C9, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The target protein C9 has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22-265 of human C9 (NP_001728.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000.
The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
