Anti-C8orf4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TCIM (also known as C8orf4), described as a transcriptional and immune response regulator. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–106 of human C8orf4 (NP_064515.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 12 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
