Anti-C8B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Complement factor 8 beta (C8B). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is recommended at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 55–350 of human C8B (NP_000057.2), and the target protein migrates at approximately 67 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
