Anti-C6 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the C6 protein and is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with recommended dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000, and reacts with mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–260 of human C6 (NP_000056.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. This product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
