Anti-C5aR (S334) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to C5aR, unconjugated and supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–350 of human C5aR and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated on human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody is recommended for IHC and ICC/IF applications. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of C5aR (CD88) protein, and the target migrates at approximately 45 kDa. Two scientific images are referenced by the manufacturer.
