Anti-C4BPB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting C4 binding protein (C4BPB), available through Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is validated for Western blotting, with immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence also listed among the applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 18–251 of human C4BPB (NP_001017364.1). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the product has a target molecular weight of 54 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
