Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human C4A, available from Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Validated for Western blot, the antibody detects endogenous levels of both C4A and C4B protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
The target protein migrates at approximately 193 kDa, and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
