Anti-C3d Complement Antibody [E28-P]

Rabbit monoclonal (E28-P) antibody to C3d Complement, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for immunohistochemistry. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid.

Validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of the human C3d complement fragment. Recommended IHC dilutions are 1:100-1:200.

The antibody is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C. A representative staining image shows formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissue (4µm section) from the lesion of early pemphigus vulgaris (without blister formation), demonstrating strong positive intraepidermal intercellular immunostaining.
