Anti-C1S Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the complement component C1S and is supplied at 50 µl per vial as an unconjugated, ready-to-use primary antibody. It is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the IgG fraction has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to an internal region of human C1S. The antibody is offered at a total protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total C1S protein. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. A 100 µl format is also offered for laboratories requiring larger volumes.
