Anti-C1S Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets C1S and is raised in rabbit. It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated, listed for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity against human and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 479–688 of human C1S (NP_958850.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 77 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. A Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
