Anti-C1QBP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets complement component 1 Q subcomponent-binding protein (C1QBP), also known as p32, gC1q-R, HABP1, and SF2AP32, and is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The antibody was raised against recombinant human C1QBP and subsequently purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, yielding an unconjugated IgG preparation that detects endogenous levels of total C1QBP protein. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and shows cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species. The product is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For optimal stability, vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
