Anti-C1QB Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is listed as reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 104–253 of human C1QB (NP_000482.3) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The corresponding target protein runs at a molecular weight of 27 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
