Anti-C1q-B Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against the C-terminal region of human complement component C1q-B and is intended for the detection of endogenous C1q-B protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and it is provided unconjugated to give users full flexibility for downstream labelling. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human samples, making it suitable for complement-pathway studies in cell and tissue models.
