C1D is a small nuclear protein best known for its role in RNA polymerase II–dependent transcription and the cellular DNA damage response, where it acts as a transcriptional co-activator and a regulator of p53-mediated apoptosis. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against C1D and validated for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as 100 µl of liquid antiserum in a standard vial, the antibody supports research into transcription-coupled repair, nuclear matrix biology, and stress signaling pathways. For best results, store aliquots at -20°C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light to preserve activity.
