Anti-C19orf10 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises C19orf10, a protein also referred to as SF20. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in a rabbit host.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-173 of human C19orf10 (NP_061980.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100-1:500.
