Anti-C16orf80 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against C16orf80, also referred to as GTL3, supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 94–193 of human C16orf80 (NP_037374.1). The target has a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is supported by four scientific validation images.
