Anti-C11orf30 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets C11orf30, a protein also known as EMSY. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and was purified by affinity chromatography.

Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1153–1322 of human C11orf30 (NP_064578.2), the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human and mouse samples. The target has a molecular weight of 141 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
