C11orf30 (chromosome 11 open reading frame 30), also known as EMSY, is a nuclear protein implicated in chromatin-associated transcriptional regulation. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human target and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, delivered in a 100 µl vial.

The antibody has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples and is commonly used to probe chromatin complexes in which C11orf30 partners with factors such as KAT5. On western blot, reducing SDS-PAGE conditions followed by standard nitrocellulose or PVDF transfer yield a clean band at the expected molecular weight, and antigen retrieval on formalin-fixed paraffin sections produces consistent nuclear staining consistent with the protein's chromatin localization.

For handling, the vial should be stored frozen at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles; a fresh working stock diluted in PBS or blocking buffer is recommended for short-term use at 4°C. The unconjugated format allows researchers to choose their own secondary labels for fluorescence or chromogenic detection across WB, IHC, and IF assays.
