Anti-C10orf54 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com targets VISTA, also known as C10orf54, and is validated for Western blot applications on human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 33–194 of human VISTA (NP_071436.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000, and a representative validation image was generated at 1:1,000 using 25µg per lane. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
