Anti-C10orf32 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–105 of human C10orf32 (NP_653192.2) and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.
