Anti-C10orf2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187517)

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against Twinkle, a protein encoded by the C10orf2 gene. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 135–335 of human C10orf2 (NP_068602.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 77 kDa. Unconjugated and of IgG isotype, the reagent has been affinity-purified and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Validated for Western Blotting with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
