Anti-C10orf2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the C10orf2 protein (also known as Twinkle, TWNK, or PEO1), a mitochondrial DNA helicase implicated in progressive external ophthalmoplegia and related disorders. Supplied in a 50 µl volume at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody was raised against a recombinant human C10orf2 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that same immunogen. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal and the isotype is IgG. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting the endogenous total C10orf2 protein.
