Anti-C1 inh Antibody [KT28]

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT28) targets C1 inh. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation at 1 mg/ml.

Validated for ELISA applications and reactive with Human samples, it is recommended at 1 µg/ml for ELISA assays. The immunogen used was purified C1 inhibitor from human blood, and the IgG fraction has been purified through a Protein A column.

The formulation consists of Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
