Anti-C-TAK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against C-TAK1 (also known as MARK3, CTAK1, KP78 and PAR-1A), a member of the MAP/microtubule affinity-regulating kinase family. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is offered in a 50 µl vial size (a 100 µl format is also available). It is validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and shows reactivity across human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of endogenous MARK3/C-TAK1 protein levels. For best stability, the supplier recommends continuous storage at −20 °C, with aliquoting recommended to limit repeated freeze–thaw cycles. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is intended as a primary antibody for research use in signalling, cytoskeletal and cell-cycle research workflows.
