C-TAK1 is a serine/threonine kinase of the PAR-1/MARK family that phosphorylates Cdc25C at the G2/M checkpoint and modulates microtubule-associated signaling cascades. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the C-terminal region of human C-TAK1 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples.
The unconjugated Ig fraction is supplied as 100 µl of liquid antiserum, allowing flexible incorporation into existing detection pipelines with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies. Researchers studying mitotic entry, polarity control, and Wnt or insulin receptor signaling use this antibody to probe endogenous MARK3 expression and post-translational regulation in cell lysates and tissue sections.
