Anti-c-Src (phospho-Y418) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against c-Src phosphorylated at Tyrosine 418, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Src around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 418, and is reported to detect endogenous levels of c-Src protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr418. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The expected molecular weight is ~ 60 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
