Anti-c-Src (phospho-S75) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the c-Src non-receptor tyrosine kinase when phosphorylated at Ser75, a site implicated in modulation of kinase activity and downstream signaling through growth-factor and integrin pathways. As a phosphorylation-state–specific reagent, it is suited to probing transient activation events in cell-signaling studies and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The unconjugated IgG is provided at 1 mg/ml in 100 µl of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot. The polyclonal format offers multiple epitope contacts, which is helpful when detection sensitivity matters under varied lysis and transfer conditions. Aliquoting upon first use is recommended to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles that can erode phospho-specific binding.
