Anti-c-Src (L412) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against c-Src and recognises the L412 epitope. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 390-430 of Human c-Src, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Src protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications (IF/ICC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 60 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
