Anti-c-Rel (phospho-S503) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against c-Rel when phosphorylated at Serine 503. Categorised as a Primary Antibody, it is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, unconjugated, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Rel around the phosphorylation site of Serine 503, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of c-Rel only when phosphorylated at Ser503. The reported molecular weight is ~ 68 to 78 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
