Anti-c-PLA2 (N499) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 480–530 of human c-PLA2, and is intended for the detection of endogenous c-PLA2 protein. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent has been validated in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
