Anti-c-Myb (R6) Antibody

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human c-Myb, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of c-Myb protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The supplied product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The c-Myb target protein migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa.
