Anti-c-Myb Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary polyclonal reagent, this affinity-purified anti-c-Myb antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for ELISA and Western blot applications, detecting endogenous levels of the c-Myb (MYB) transcription factor in human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human c-Myb around the non-acetylation site of K471, and the reagent is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Available in 50 µl and 100 µl sizes, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
