Anti-c-Myb Antibody

Raised in rabbits against the c-Myb transcription factor, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent is part of Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies portfolio. c-Myb encodes a nuclear DNA-binding protein that drives proliferation and differentiation programs, most prominently in hematopoietic progenitors, immature T lymphocytes, and colonic crypt epithelium, and it is a frequent target in research on leukemia, lymphoma, and colorectal tumor biology.

The reagent is intended for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows, supporting detection of c-Myb in cell lysates, fixed tissue sections, and cultured cells. Confirmed reactivity with both human and mouse samples broadens its utility across cell-line panels and xenograft or knockout mouse models that probe MYB-driven transcriptional programs.

Supplied at 100 µl per vial and unconjugated, the antibody can be directly coupled to fluorophores, biotin, HRP, or other reporter systems depending on the assay. For short-term storage, aliquots are kept refrigerated; for longer-term use, freezing with limited freeze-thaw cycles is recommended to preserve binding activity.
